A new session of $5
boot camp begins each month on the first.

Assessments
are conducted in multiple disciplines including:
muscular strength & endurance, upper /lower extremity agility,
speed & quickness,
body composition, flexibility and balance.

Camps sessions are 90 minutes in length & run
Monday through Friday, 2-4 times per day & once on Saturday.
**** Camp sessions for November, December & January are:
6am,
9am, & 4pm(by request only)!!!
