that includes medical history, anthropometric measurements and body

 composition analysis to establish “BEFORE” benchmarks.

We then design goal oriented & client specific Exercise Prescriptions

that are personally coached for proper mechanics, tempo and intensity

to deliver awesome “AFTER” results!!!
