of a wonderful Christian man (who is also a NASM certified personal trainer), MOTHER of a spectacular teenage Jesus freak, and a NASM CERTIFIED
PERSONAL TRAINER. HELPING PEOPLE IS MY PASSION!!!! I have worked in the service industry for over 2 decades. I love working with children.
I have worked in the cosmetology field for over 14 years and still service select clients. I was an instructor
of hair, nail, skin and makeup techniques at John Casablanca's Modeling Agency. I was a server, trainer and
assistant manager in the restaurant industry for many years. As you can see, I have had many "careers" but
for the last 11 years one thing has remained constant....I LOVE TO EXERCISE !!!!! In addition to leading a GOD first
life as a wife and mother, I have dedicated my adult years as a childcare specialist, cosmetologist & fitness enthusiast
towards helping others. My SCW Pilates Certification has provided a foundation for my belief that a strong core is fundamental to a healthy exercise program. As a Certified Personal Trainer, with the National Academy of Sports Medicine, I bring both education & personal experience in performance enhancement & weight loss to further motivate & inspire my clients towards achieving their goals!!! In addition to servicing weight management clients, seniors & athletes, I have a passion for our youth & I’m determined to help reverse the epidemic of childhood obesity!!!! |
